We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our Europe Team as an Implementation Representative . In this role, you will be responsible for customer onboarding operations and new user training for OpenApply. This is a graduate-level position designed for individuals looking to start their careers in a dynamic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment, with full training provided. The ImplementationRepresentative’s primary responsibility is to serve as the initial point of contact between European customers and OpenApply during the onboarding period. You will work closely with the Solutions and Client Experience team to orchestrate the setup of OpenApply, ensuring it is configured to meet each customer's unique needs.
