Golf Outside Service Attendant

SUMMARY: The outside service attendant works in outside golf operations, and with the rest of the golf staff to assure guests have a positive and memorable experience. Primary responsibilities include serving Club Members, Homeowners and Resort guests, golf cart fleet management, staffing bag drop area and maintaining the driving range/practice area. Inside the golf shop, responsibilities include but are not limited to; booking/checking in tee times, operating Point of Sale system, maintain organization in golf shop, sell/restock retail items. The golf operations attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service to all guests. Must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the Resort and may be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with guests at a high level.
