JOB SUMMARY: The NVO Ranger will work with NVO Ranger Leadership and NVO Leadership to provide a safe, supportive environment for the Burning Man staff and community in the Gerlach area during the season from early May to November . This is a temporary. full-time, non-exempt role, based in Gerlach, NV consisting of two separate contracts running consecutively, the first during pre-event from May 1st to August 15th, and the second contract running from August 16th to November 1st, 2026. [Note: Our ideal candidate(s) would take both of these consecutive contracts, but that is not required. If a candidate can only commit to working pre-event or post-event that is an acceptable option.
