Job Purpose The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a critical role in supporting the long term financial health, sustainability, and strategic growth of the Liliʻuokalani Trust (LT). This role leads the development and execution of the annual budgeting process, multi year financial forecasts, and financial models that inform organizational performance and strategic decision making. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, the Manager, FP&A provides clear, actionable insights that support mission aligned investment decisions, operational efficiency, and long term planning. The role partners closely with the Controller, Executive & Senior Leadership Teams across the organization to translate strategy into financial plans and to ensure resources are stewarded responsibly in support of LT’s mission.
