Perform all non-contrast imaging, fluoroscopy, portable and surgical procedures as requested. Active knowledge of radiographic procedures. Properly position patients and give appropriate instruction to patients for exam. Adjust technique to obtain the most diagnostic study. Send images taken in surgery via internet, cable, Wi-Fi or Tims unit. Ensure correct images and documentation are available in PACS for radiologist. Transport patients as needed and communicate hand-off to next caregiver/nurse. Order correct exam requested by physician orders in hospital EMR. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
