Role Overview Summary of Job: This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new start-up program within NorthStar Anesthesia. Staffing Model: 1 Anesthesiologist 2 CRNAs Weekly Points of Service: Monday - Wednesday: 2 POS: Thursday - Friday: 3 POS: Schedule: Monday–Friday, Surgery Center Lifestyle: Typical clinical hours: 50 hours / week No nights / No Call / No weekends – enjoy true work-life balance! Bread-and-butter outpatient cases, including:General, ENT, Plastics, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Urology, GI Base Salary: $500,000: Medical Director Stipend: $25,000: Sign-On Bonus: Available - Will be discussed at time of offer Paid Time Off: 10 weeks annually Additional standard benefits including 401K match and more!
