What you’ll do: As the Workplace Operations Lead, you’ll play a key role within our Workplace team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane office and broader Queensland regional office footprint. This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you’ll act as a central coordination point for workplace operations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and the workplace experience runs smoothly. You will: Manage day-to-day workplace operations including facilities, building issues, and general office experience Act as a key escalation point, resolving the majority of operational issues before escalation to leadership Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring service delivery and performance standards are met Support office relocations, fit-outs, and new workplace setups, including defects management Oversee shared resources such as fleet, car parking, and office amenities Assist with contractor onboarding, contracts...
