Who will you be joining? We are a team of project-managers supporting the roll-out of various People & Culture Operations & IT and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. We operate in a global environment, collaborating with our entities worldwide, Allianz Technology, Allianz Services, as well as global solution providers. How can you make an impact? - Provide data analysis and interpretation - Project management on ad-hoc strategic initiatives - Manage internal and external stakeholders What are you made of?: - You are a project manager/business administration/finance science/statistics graduate/undergraduate - You are comfortable in handling various sets of data (financial, people, functional KPIs) - Prior experience in dashboard creation - Analytical approach to problem-solving - Able to work well with others in a fast-paced setting - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-skills e.g. ChatGPT or Copilot - Previous experience in Consulting/Strategy roles is a plus - Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT Our highlights for you: Health & well-being: Numero...
