Reports to: Plant Superintendent: Conditions: Work on floor to manage Production, supervise Production staff, conduct audits and resolve Quality issues. The Production Supervisor is Responsible for: Production Department Maintaining daily Production and labor inputs. Coordinate daily planning and production schedules. Training and supervising all non-maintenance employees and contractors. Communicating interdepartmentally to accomplish common goals. Driving efficiency of equipment at highest quality possible. Employee Relations: Supervising Production staff including performance management and evaluations. Cultivating positive work culture and demonstrating servant leadership. Provide daily performance feedback, coaching and mentoring to Production Employees. Review and manage disciplinary issues with Production Employees according to the Company’s progressive discipline policy.
