Parks & Recreation Grading Supervisor Posting Expires: May 6, 2026: Salary: $65,650/annually: General Description and Classification Standards: Maintains and makes improvements to the athletic fields and irrigated areas of the district properties. This position also oversees site preparation and construction-related tasks, including grading of parking lots and roadways using specialized heavy equipment. Responsibilities include demolition of park amenities such as playgrounds and other structures; hauling of materials including, but not limited to, crush and run, infield mix, sand, and heavy equipment; and vegetative management using a bush hog. May oversee volunteers, temporary or contract workers as needed. Supervision Received: Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
