Job Description: Job Summary: The incumbent of this position provides high fidelity wraparound services for youth and families, facilitates family choice and voice, and collaborates with key stakeholders, community partners, and team members. Lead to both Marion and Johnson county teams. Essential Job Functions: Ensure positive client experience and best practices: Facilitate high fidelity wraparound; using up to date policies/procedures and remain updated on the latest trainings related to funding and/or position. Work with site coaches/supervisors and implement feedback. Tracking and Organization: Develop an organizational system to manage demands of DMHA requirements, System requirements, and additional funding sources. Accountability and documentation: Ensuring documentation is completed timely , accurately, and submitted as required . Maintaining ethical standards of the System and funding sources. Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships that serve the best interest of our clients and our organization: Establish positive working relationships both internally and externally, maintain professionalism, and ensure communication across settings.
