Job Description The mission of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) Bureau of Immunization (BOI) is to prevent the occurrence and transmission of diseases through immunization. The mission of the DOHMH Healthy Homes (HHP) Program is to protect children from exposure to lead. This position will sit within BOI, reporting to the Director of Data Strategy and Analytics. The work will focus on expanding the collaboration of BOI and HHP in using the Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR) and the Master Child Index (MCI) to ensure that all NYC children are age-appropriately immunized and tested for lead at least twice by their 3 rd birthday. The CIR-HHP Coordinator will be tasked with implementing the CIR-HHP project's initiatives under Lead Free NYC which include programmatic activities, enhancements to the Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR), data analyses, and production of reports of quantitative and qualitative indicators to monitor progress toward project goals.
