Job Title: Fitness Coach Overview: As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically pre-designed workouts for up to 36 members per session. An OTF Coach must focus on a well rounded theory of fitness, including endurance, strength, and power, using the tools given to optimize the client’s experience and results. The coach position consists of ⅔ coaching and ⅓ administrative duties. Job Description: An OTF Coach is responsible for practicing and upholding OTF “Core Values” and Culture. Job Duties Include: - Create a positive, high energy, respectful Orangetheory Studio environment - Building studio class attendance and retaining current membership - Maintaining organization and cleanliness of training room and keeping cleaning checklist updated - Attend weekly team meetings and 1-on-1 meetings with Head Coach - Participate in community outreach and studio outreach activities to grow business - Maintain a healthy lifestyle and lead by example; aka Be an Orange Ambassador - Assist Sales Associates with studio tours as needed and stays current with membership pricing options - Be flexible and willing to work on weekends - Stay current on all current and ne...
