THE ROLE: The Sales Lead Coordinator (SLC) acts as the liaison between the Sales Department, Call Center, Service & Maintenance Departments and our Customers. The SLC works with the Call Center to confirm and schedule appointments as well as help direct customer concerns to the appropriate department. This person assists Comfort Consultants (sales) with scheduling appointments for proposals and product installations.
