Human Resources Generalist Department: Human Resources Reports to: Human Resources Manager Summary : The Human Resources Generalist works in concert with others in the department to perform a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including but not limited to recruiting, employee life cycle activities , employee relations, compensation , and classification, employee training, and policy implementation . This position involves the processing of a large volume of confidential information requiring attention to detail and discretion. The functions for this position require a thorough knowledge of the terminology, procedures, and practices for Human Resources with a significant degree of independence and accountability for results .
