Product Manager Role Overview: Upshop is seeking a Product Manager responsible for helping define, build, and deliver product capabilities within Upshop’s retail operations platform. This role will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to develop solutions that help grocery retailers improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and drive profitability. The Product Manager will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into clear product requirements and priorities. This role requires someone comfortable working in a SaaS product environment with an understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform-based software systems. The ideal candidate can effectively collaborate with both technical teams and retail operators, ensuring that product solutions are technically sound while addressing real-world operational needs.
