JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for marketing, leasing, and maintaining positive resident relations. REPORTS TO: Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager and/or Regional Property Supervisor SUPERVISES: None: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
