Rogers Group is currently seeking a Hourly Plant Foreman for the Hillsboro Quarry , located in Hillsboro, TN. This role assists the Plant Manager in coordinating production activities. They will assist in the coordinating contractors and supervising craft workers within the pit and plant environment. They are responsible for monitoring work performance, progress and productivity of the operators and miners. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence, and be able to successfully impart a safety mindset and focus to the production team.
