Product Manager Department: Product: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne: Reporting To: Account Product Lead: Description: We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the direction of Bede’s product offering and play a key role in how we continue to evolve our platform for customers. This is a customer-facing product role with a strong focus on product strategy, roadmap development, market insight and commercial value. You’ll work closely with customers, Product Owners, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to understand what matters most, turn insight into clear product direction, and help bring new ideas and improvements to life. You’ll be someone who enjoys getting close to the market, building strong relationships, and thinking about the full end-to-end product experience. You’ll use data, customer feedback and industry knowledge to make informed decisions, champion product excellence, and help ensure Bede’s products continue to deliver value for both our customers and the business.
