The Role We are seeking a highly capable SRE / Support Developer to operate at the intersection of production support, software engineering, and site reliability. This is not a traditional support role. You will act as a frontline production engineer—investigating critical issues, identifying root causes, implementing fixes or workarounds, and proactively improving system reliability. You’ll partner closely with Platform, DevOps, and Engineering teams while freeing up core developers to focus on product delivery.
