Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Take a leading role in preparing annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting - Prepare various analysis reports as requested - Assisting in or leading accounting or operations projects from time to time as requested - Coordinating the annual audit process and implementation of effective internal controls - Understanding apartment owner’s goals and developing successful action plans to support them - This position may serve as a key contact for owners on accounting related matters for their property(s) and as a Financial Busin...
