Description Scrap Management Industries, is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and oversee a team of mechanics, welders, and tire technicians. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our fleet of commercial trucks and trailers remain safe, compliant, and operational. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of commercial trucking and DOT regulations, and the ability to effectively coordinate maintenance priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands on leadership role that combines shop supervision, fleet oversight, and mechanical troubleshooting.
