Head of Pre-clinical & Chemical Analysis Coloplast is strengthening its R&D organization with a Centre of Excellence (CoE) designed to accelerate innovation and secure cross-functional impact. As Head of Pre-clinical and Chemical Analysis, you will lead a critical scientific function that helps ensure robust evidence and decision-making in product development from early exploration to launch and lifecycle support. Lead a high-impact scientific function: In this role, you will set direction and create the conditions for a high-performing team delivering pre-clinical and chemical analyses that underpin safe, compliant, and competitive medical devices. The department sits at the intersection of R&D development projects and specialist area of the CoE, which includes adjacent capabilities such as R&D process excellence, laboratories, engineering analysis expertise, AI and data science.
