Overview: Responsibilities: · Provide field service support for ANDRITZ WLP equipment, including lime kiln diagnostics, alignments, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting. · Develop expertise in diagnostic tools and software used for kiln analysis. · Present and promote ANDRITZ WLP products and services, with a focus on lime kilns and auxiliary equipment. · Collaborate with customers to identify, justify, and develop upgrade and service projects. · Collaborate with Service Account Managers to enhance customer relationships. · Build strong working relationships with global product teams in Finland. · Occasionally manage labor crews during turnkey shutdowns or provide advisory field service. · Identify emerging market needs and support development of new products and services.
