About the Role: The Initial Assessment and Planning Worker will provide immediate and/or timely assessments and crisis intervention to Aboriginal People experiencing Homelessness. Both outreach and office-based IAP services will be provided by the Aboriginal Entry Point Team. Using a collaborative and planned approach to ensure our clients get the services and supports they need to reach their goals.
