Role Overview: The Multi-Building Maintenance Technician oversees maintenance operations across multiple facilities ensuring timely and compliant interior and exterior upkeep, managing work orders and emergencies (including on‑call support), coordinating vendors, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, preparing units and event spaces, and leading a high performing team through clear expectations, consistent guidance, and ongoing professional development.
