This is a full-time, permanent position located at Fallowfield, Manchester . You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work and a salary of £22,500.00 per annum. Let's talk about the role. It involves: - Being the eyes of the business, attending properties to complete inventory, mid-term and check out inspections, creating comprehensive reports on findings - Highlighting areas of attention required to maintain the property to the best standard, and being aware of any potential H&S / compliance risks, ensuring this is fed back to Property Management for immediate action - Delivering exceptional customer service, liaising with tenants whilst on site to understand any issues they are experiencing with the property...
