NCLEX Success Coach (Nursing Academic Support) Stanbridge University is seeking a student-centered NCLEX Success Coach (Nursing Academic Support) to support nursing students in achieving readiness for the NCLEX-RN examination. This role combines academic coaching, structured remediation, and data-informed support to improve student outcomes and licensure success. Working closely with faculty and program leadership, the NCLEX Success Coach identifies at-risk students, develops targeted support plans, and delivers individualized and small-group interventions that strengthen clinical judgment, test-taking strategies, and overall academic performance.
