Job Description The Senior Data Developer, Back Office Data & Reporting owns the design, integrity, and operational reliability of systems that power financial reporting and operations at Stride, Inc. This role is responsible for building and operating transparent, audit-ready data services that reconcile system differences, encode business rules, and ensure financial outputs are consistent, explainable, and defensible across Finance, Legal, and Audit stakeholders. The Senior Data Developer serves as the technical owner of back-office data pipelines and integrations. This includes resolving ambiguity across upstream systems, translating contractual and operational requirements into data logic, and establishing scalable patterns for repeatable, SOC-aligned reporting.
