Job description

Optimize University enrollment by providing personal attention and assistance to prospective students in all matters regarding admission to the University. Position Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 1. Participate in all aspects of recruitment and outreach to prospective undergraduate students in the Southwest. 2. Visit local high schools, community colleges, and community based organizations across the country. 3. Provide admission counseling and Financial Aid information to prospective students, their parents, and counselors. 4. Utilize web and digital communication and information platforms to reach underrepresented and Spanish speaking students and families. 5. Participate in the evaluation of applications for undergraduate admission. 6. Assist with planning and execution of on campus recruitment events. 7. Represent LMU across the country at community and at professional organizations or associations, serve on committees as required. 8. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
