About the Role: Industry Beans is looking for a customer-focused Part-time Front of House Team Leader for our venue in Chadstone to help lead the team in delivering a market-leading experience. We are looking for a hospitality professional who can demonstrate excellence in customer service. An individual who can embrace our service standards and the company’s robust systems processes, and lead the team with the support of the Restaurant Manager. We place a strong emphasis on leading by example and the FOH Team Leader is key to supporting the leadership team in achieving this.
