Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Stepdown Unit (PCU) Days- FULL Time position at Flowers Hospital Unit : Cardiac Stepdown Unit (PCU) - 3 South Shift: 3x 12hr shifts per week | 7 am-7 pm Student Loan Contribution: Up to 20k Other incentives include: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k match & more available for Full and Part-Time roles Unit Description: The Cardiac Step-Down Unit provides specialized care for patients with cardiac conditions who no longer require intensive care but still need a higher level of monitoring and support than provided on a general medical-surgical unit. This unit serves patients transitioning out of the CCU as well as those recovering from procedures such as cardiac catheterization, pacemaker insertion, and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) placement. The unit also manages stable cardiac patients who require continuous telemetry monitoring and comprehensive cardiac care without the need for CCU-level interventions.
