Senior Manager I, Product POSITION PROFILE: Responsible for portfolio strategy and product life-cycle management (launch, manage, and retire) for the Ricoh Services, within the Ricoh Digital Ecosystem. Ensure assigned products thrive across all channels and industries. Act as the SME on services, for both internal and external stakeholders. Position products competitively and maintain currency. Provide product and portfolio development guidance. Establish new approaches to pricing and packaging, that enable the portfolio to out-perform the market. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Strategy, the Senior Manager I, Product is a senior position on the Portfolio Strategy team and must be an industry leader with his/her respected technology and bring significant experience with software as a service (SaaS) offerings.
