Role Summary We are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced leader to oversee global product management for Hologic’s cytology and digital pathology portfolio, including Genius Digital Diagnostics System and AI algorithms, Cytology Instrumentations, and ThinPrep Consumables. In this leadership role, you will lead a team of global product managers to shape portfolio strategy and guide the long-term lifecycle plan for laboratory diagnostics, while ensuring products deliver strong market relevance and sustained commercial success. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing complex product portfolios in diagnostics, digital pathology, life sciences, or medical technology, and excels at translating market insights and customer needs into product solutions.
