The Lead, Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing team performance to successfully execute on the day-to-day recruitment functions that drive outcomes to identify and attract top talent. The incumbent in this role participates and assists in the successful completion of sourcing and research for candidate engagement projects and initiatives that support Talent Acquisition and the company's vision, mission and overall philosophy. He/She will serve as a mentor, coach and go-to for a team of recruiting or sourcing professionals to aid in identifying candidates for often high-volume, highly technical, specialized and/or hard-to-fill roles within the organization.
