Summary: Under the general direction of the Plant Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation and conduct of plant operational tasks and functions during an assigned shift. This position will supervise the shift operators and serves as the plant contact for all interdepartmental and contractor activities that can affect the safe and reliable operation of the site.
