Job Description: - Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex mechanical components and assemblies, from concept to series production. - Apply critical and design thinking to generate, evaluate, and optimize robust solutions with a holistic system perspective. - Drive 3D modeling, tolerance stack-ups, and advanced calculations (stress, thermal, durability), ensuring manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with standards. - Own the lifecycle management of designs—from requirements and prototyping to validation, production, and continuous improvement. - Manage supplier technical alignment—from feasibility studies to design validation—balancing performance, cost, and quality. - Apply and champion quality and risk management tools (DFMEA, DRBFM, 8D, FTA) to prevent issues and ensure design robustness. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including speci...
