Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Range: $17 an hour | Monday though Friday from 8am-5pm As a File Clerk , you're one of the most important members of Norm Reeves Business Office. You will be responsible for efficiently filing all service OR sales contracts related paperwork associated with the service or purchased and sales of new and used vehicles. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone with detail oriented and guest service approach to daily responsibilities. Your work is key in ensuring operational effectiveness and ultimately ensuring guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Experience. This role is a great entry point to your career with us! Qualifications: - Keeps files current and in order within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material - Reads/examines incoming material for accuracy and legibility, gets clarification if necessary, classifies properly and files within appropriate file system - Searches for and retrieves information contained in files as requested.
