Description The Department of Urology at the University of Washington is seeking a urologist focusing on Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) to join an established and high volume pelvic health program at UW Medical Center’s Northwest Campus (UWMC-NW). The position is a full-time, 12-months per year, academic position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level without tenure (WOT), due to funding. The anticipated start date for the position is July 1, 2027. Assistant professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Associate professors hold indefinite appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. The base salary range for this position will be: $26,334 per month to $35,000 per month ($316,008 - $420,000 annually) commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination.
