This role oversees nursing and anesthesia services, ensures appropriate staffing and resource utilization, and manages the efficient flow of both elective and non-elective surgical cases. The Supervisor serves as a clinical and operational leader, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
