Job Description Design Fabrication Operations Dock & Clay Handling Supervisor 2nd Shift General Purpose of Position: As a leader of a UAW skilled trades staff supporting Creative Design, your position is multifaceted —blending practical expertise, organizational leadership, and administrative oversight. Work is of a practical skill set using independent judgment within the limits of general practices and standards. Proactively pursue the vision established for the area and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. Your team is responsible for the management of daily logistics and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods that support the design and development of new vehicle concepts, show properties, and prototype components. **This is a 2nd shift position from 3:00-11:30pm** Scope of Responsibilities: - Exhibits a safety mindset while identifying, taking ownership, and resolving safety concerns and supporting the safety champions of each space in Design Center and GM Partners. - Conducts safety talks, safe operating instruction, pre-task planning and safety incident reporting & investigations - Lead and facilitate Safety Incident investigations - Demonstrate behavi...
