We are looking for an experienced Head of Total Rewards to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our global compensation and benefits frameworks and programs in Milestone. About the Team: This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping a competitive and equitable rewards framework that directly supports Milestone Systems’ strategy and helps attract, reward, and retain talents. The role is a newly established role and will be part of a professional and passionate Global People & Culture team supporting all areas within People & Culture at global, regional and local level. Milestone employs 1,500 employees across 25 countries, headquartered in Denmark. The role will report to our Chief People & Culture Officer and be part of the People & Culture Leadership team.
