This role is critical to ensuring adoption, engagement, and value realization for public sector agencies deploying the 1Kosmos platform. The CSM will work closely with federal program stakeholders, security/compliance teams, and our internal Implementation, Product, and Support functions to deliver exceptional onboarding, support, and expansion outcomes.
