Asset Management Regulatory Communications business supports the interims & proxy functions of Mutual Funds and other asset management clients. This includes regulatory reporting for Annual & Semi-Annual Reporting, Summary Prospectus, Beneficial & Registered Mutual Fund Proxy, and various data platform tools to best support shareholder engagement Hosting, filing, and assisting clients with regulatory requirements are the key functions of this business to ensure clients are meeting SEC-mandated regulatory requirements Key Tasks: Providing detailed financial reporting, forecasting, analysis and support for Asset Management Regulatory Communications Provide proactive financial support to the Asset Management Reg Comm FP&A team leads, including ad-hoc initiatives and special projects Partner with Asset Management Reg Comm business as well as other finance-related teams to collaborate and deliver on objectives.
