Location: Tamina,Texas,United States Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. is accepting applications for an Asphalt Plant Operator in Tamina, Texas Monday - Friday ( Some Saturdays ) Full Time Position. Pay rate - $25.00 DOE*: Job Requirements: - Operate computerized control systems to produce asphalt mixtures according to specifications. - Monitor plant operations including aggregate feed, drying, mixing and load-out processes. - Coordinate with truck drivers, loader operators, and ground crew to ensure efficient production flow. - Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of plant equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve plant operation issues to minimize downtime. - Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. - Maintain accurate production logs and inventory records. - Assist with plant shutdowns, start-ups and equipment repairs as needed. - Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate production activities. - Must maintain reliable attendance and transportation. - The duties can change daily depending on the project and weather. - Must be able to pass physical and drug test. - Candidate should be minimum of 21 years of age. - Ambitious, dep...
