Senior UX Program Manager, Sports

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations. - Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies. - Experience working across functions and disciplines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and building relationships with multiple stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with the product development life-cycle. - Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy. - Experience working with UX teams and partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in highly dynamic/fast paced environments. - Demonstrated and experienced program management skills, with the ability to lead complex operational initiatives. - Ability to operationalize programs from 0 to 1, takes initiative and develops in ambiguity.
