OUR IMPACT: The Partner Experience team drives the development and implementation of our Partner compensation philosophy, policies, and practices around the world, supporting our best efforts to attract and retain the best talent available. This function requires liaising with other departments such as Controllers, Legal, and Tax and will also involve providing support to other HCM functions, including Executive Compensation, Talent Advisors, Employee Relations, Equity Compensation, Reporting & Analytics and Global Mobility Services.
