Senior CX/UX Designer - Hybrid (USA-WI-Madison) R0056662 About the Role: As a Senior CX/UX Designer , you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. As a designer in the Pharmacy, Health & Technology business unit you will work on software that solves real-world problems for inpatient clinicians like pharmacists and infection preventionists. You will engage closely with stakeholders from the product and engineering teams to move ideas through research, into design and requirements, and ultimately to executed solutions with our customers.
