Department: 04170 AHNMG Inpatient: Administration: 770 Pine St - Hospitalists Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Varies Pay Range: $47.50 - $71.25 Atrium Health Navicent Medical Group is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join the inpatient Psychiatry practice. The NP will facilitate administrative and clinical activities under the supervision of the Sponsoring Physician. Collaborates with other advance practice providers, nursing and ancillary staff and community agencies to provide continuity of care for patients. Ensures patient safety and confidentiality. Major Job Functions: Provides high quality clinical care to patients in hospital and/or office setting according to protocol. Completes all Medical Record documentation in a timely and complete manner. Demonstrates proficiency in documentation and billing processes. Understands and complies with federal and state coding policies. Maximizes timely collection of clinical revenue by submitting complete and accurate billing information within forty-eight (48) hours of the service being rendered.
