About the team Our Technical & Ethical team plays a critical role in bringing safe, high-quality and compliant General Merchandise products to our customers. Working collaboratively across Buying, Design, Sourcing, Sustainability and Supply Chain, the team combines technical expertise with strong commercial awareness to support innovative product development across our ranges. Within Children’s Furniture, we focus on creating products that are safe, durable and thoughtfully designed, while meeting regulatory requirements and customer expectations in a fast-paced retail environment. More about the role As a Technologist within the Children’s Furniture category, you will manage the technical delivery of products from initial development through to on-shelf launch and post-sale performance. You will be responsible for ensuring all products meet required safety, quality and legal standards, working closely with suppliers, sourcing teams and international technical colleagues to manage risk, technical approvals and critical path timelines.
